Evaluator NTG Recommendations for 2027

SAG holds annual meetings to review recommended Net-to-Gross (NTG) ratios prepared by independent evaluators and reach agreement on NTG ratios for the next program year, as described in the Illinois Energy Efficiency Policy Manual, posted on the Policy webpage.

  • SAG NTG discussions for the program year beginning on January 1, 2027 will be in September 2026. As required by the Policy Manual, evaluators share initial recommended NTG ratios with SAG by September 1 of each year, and NTG ratios must be finalized by October 1.
  • NTG research for the applicable update year is posted on this page. When NTG research memos are finalized, the final memos are posted on the Final NTG Research Memos webpage.
