Thursday, September 17 SAG Meeting (NTG #3)

The purpose of the September 17, 2026 Large Group SAG meeting is to follow-up on evaluator Net-to-Gross (NTG) recommendations for ComEd for the 2027 program year and discuss consensus.

Additional Information:

• As required by the Illinois Energy Efficiency Policy Manual, initial evaluator NTG recommendations will be circulated in advance, by September 1. NTG recommend must be finalized by October 1.
• There are four Large Group SAG meetings planned in September 2026 to discuss and reach agreement on NTG ratios.
