Thursday, September 3 SAG Meeting (NTG #1)

The purpose of the September 3, 2026 Large Group SAG meeting is for the Ameren Illinois, ComEd, Nicor Gas, and Peoples Gas/North Shore Gas evaluators to present initial net-to-gross (NTG) recommendations for the 2027 program year.

Additional Information:

• As required by the Illinois Energy Efficiency Policy Manual, initial evaluator NTG recommendations will be circulated in advance, by September 1. NTG recommend must be finalized by October 1.
• There are four Large Group SAG meetings planned in September 2026 to discuss and reach agreement on NTG ratios.
