Monday, September 27 SAG Meeting (EE Statute Workshop #1)

In mid-September 2021, Public Act 102-0662 was signed into law in Illinois by Governor Pritzker. There are several impacts to energy efficiency in the legislation, including establishing additional (electric) Cumulative Persisting Annual Savings (CPAS) goals in future years for Ameren Illinois and ComEd, pursuant to Section 8-103B.

The law requires the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC) to establish additional CPAS goals for the years 2031 through 2035 by December 31, 2021. ICC Staff requested SAG hold workshops to inform the process of establishing these goals:

SAG Workshop #1: Monday, September 27 (1:30 – 3:30 pm)

Ameren Illinois and ComEd will each present information related to the Commission establishing CPAS goals for the years 2031-2035. Stakeholders will have an opportunity to ask questions and share initial feedback.
