Action Item: Codes and Standards – SAG Facilitation will follow-up with ComEd on the Arizona model.

• Response: The following documents provide additional information on the Codes and Standards program in Arizona: Delivering High Levels of Energy Savings for Utility Programs: Strategies from Arizona (Ellen Zuckerman & Jeff Schlegel, Southwest Energy Efficiency Project); Arizona Public Service Company Filing;  and SRP Results Report.
• Both Arizona Public Service and Salt River Project offer this program.  Slide 13 of Ellen Zuckerman’s presentation provides a high level summary of the Building Codes support. Page 1 of the SRP report highlights its most recent results, and pages 16-17 of the APS plan filing gives a little more detail regarding the program design. Note that AZ limits the amount of claimed savings to 33% of the evaluated quantity. APS asked that this be increased to 50%; however, that request was denied by the ACC.

Action Item: Residential Retrofit before / after: Molly Lunn, IL Department of Commerce, will share the measure mix; SAG Facilitation will circulate.
